Start from Templates- Label Design Studio comes with a number of professionally designed Label Templates. This option is used when a user wishes to start designing a label by using the designed templates from the product.
On clicking the option named Start from Template, the screen shows a window named Start from Template. Here you will see various options that are as follows: |
a) |
Select publication category- On the left side, first column you will see an option named select Publication category where you can select publication category like envelop, postcard etc. |
b) |
Select a template- In this column; you can select a template from the list of templates according to your choice. |
c) |
Select background- In the column named Select background; you can select the background of your template. |
d) |
Preview window- Your selected template with all changes that you have done will get displayed in the preview window that contains your template. |
e) |
Front and back- The front option lets you see the front side of the label and back shows the back side of the label. |
f) |
Size- This option shows the size of template in the Preview Window. |
g) |
Continue and Cancel- On bottom of the window, there are two options called Continue and Cancel. Click Continue to proceed or click Cancel to go back to welcome window. |

Start with Blank- On clicking Start with Blank, you will see window named Canvas Size. Here, you will find three options that are as follows: |

Panel size- In this option you can change the height, width and units of the panel. You are required to choose any one type of units from the three options (centimeters, Inches and Points). |
b) |
Panel Shape- There are three kinds of shapes. You are required to choose any one of three (rectangle, Round rectangle, Ellipse) shapes for your panel. |
c) |
Background- There are three options for Fill Type:
- Solid- In this option, you can choose any one color that will appear in the background. Here, you have option called Fill Color in which you can choose a color of your choice for the background.
- Gradient- In this option, your background will have Gradient color shades. Here, you are can choose any one from two options Linear and Radial. Now, you have to choose one color as start color and one color as end color then fix its angle for the background.
- Image- In this option, you can choose an image of your choice. Here, you have an option to browse and select an image from your saved images in your computer and use them as your background.

When you have made all the choices from Canvas Size click OK to proceed or click Cancel to go back to the welcome window. |

Open File- With this option you can open the previously saved Labels in Label Design Studio (*lbs) format. On clicking Open File, a new window will open named Open Label Design Studio. Here, you will find your previously saved labels, just select your label and click Open. |

Menu Bar: The Menu Bar contains different menu options File, Edit, View and Help. |

File: You can create a new label; open an existing label, save a new label, save as to save label by any name of your choice, publish labels and exit from the application or Label Design Studio. |

Edit: You can Cut objects, Copy them, paste and delete the unwanted objects in your labels. |
c) |
View: You can view or hide the grid lines by grid option. You can view or hide ruler of the workspace. In addition, you can bring forward, send backward, bring front and send back different objects in the label design according to your wish. |

Tool bar: The tool bar lets you access to the short Cuts to various processes i.e. Starting a new label, open an existing label, saving a label, Bring Forward, Send Backward, Cut Object, Copy Object, Paste and deleting objects, align towards left, center and right side in your label designs to make your labels more attractive and finally Publish your labels. |

Left Menu: The left menu has icons for different design elements that help you make your label more interesting and impressive. You can add text, symbols, dynamic shapes with some basic shapes like lines, rectangle, circle, round rectangle displayed in the left menu list, add image from Image library or browse image. You can even connect and disconnect it to database. With special feature of knowing the data field in label design. |

Page Navigation Bar: The Page Navigation bar has two options that are basically, the two sides of a label. The front option lets you take a view of the front side of your label and back shows the back side of the label. |

Bottom Bar: The bottom bar has four options. Option X and Y shows the pointer locations in numbers, the numbers change as you move the cursor or mouse on the workspace; Ruler option shows or hides the ruler from the workspace and Grid option shows or hides the grid lines from the workspace. |

Property Panel: The property panel will let you make changes according to the selected design element. The property panel refreshes with the selection of the design element. You can change the object properties by selecting it from the workspace. The design elements available are Text, Image from library, Browse Image, Symbol, Dynamic Shape, Line, Rectangle, Circle, Round Rectangle, Connect Database, Disconnect Database, Data field. |

Workspace: This is the area where you see your label displayed and work on it by making changes according to your choice. It is the area where you design your labels and see the changes happening according to your preferences and actions. Here, you can add different design elements and apply the tools available to your label. |
Create labels from Start from Templates |

Click on the option named Start from Template. Then select a publication category from the droplet that offers you with various categories of publication. |

Select a label template from the option named Select a template. Here you will find various types of labels; you need to choose any one of the available options. |

Select a background of your choice from the given options from the option named select a background. |

After you have selected the options in select a template window click Continue to move further or click cancel to go back to welcome window. |

Your selected template with the other selected design elements will now get displayed on the workspace. |

Now, you can use various design elements that are Text, Image library, Browse library, Symbol, Dynamic Shape, Line, Rectangle, Circle, Round Circle, Connect Database, Disconnect Database, and Data Field from the Left menu and further add design to your label according to your requirements. |

You can now select any object in the workspace change its properties according to your requirements from the Property panel that will keep changing according to your selected object. |

Next, select the File >Save option in the Menu bar in file button and save your label design in (lbs) format or alternatively you can select the icon Save from the tool bar. |

To print your labels, click Print icon in Tool bar and print your label. |

To publish your label, click Publish in Tool bar. Alternatively, you can publish your label by clicking File >Publish in the Menu bar> File option. |
Creating label from Starting from blank |

Click on the option named Start from blank then a window by the name of Canvas size will open. |

Select the Panel size from the given options in height and width in three units (inches, centimeters, points), Panel shape from the three options (rectangle, round rectangle and ellipse), and Background according to the provided options that is solid, gradient, Image. After selecting the options in canvas size click OK to move further. |

A blank label of your selected canvas size will then get displayed in the workspace. |

Now you can use design elements Text, Image library, Browse library, Symbol, Dynamic Shape, Line, Rectangle, Circle, Round Circle, Connect Database, Disconnect Database, and Data Field from the Left menu and further design to your label according to your requirements. |

Design Elements of Label Design Studio |
Label Design Studio offers several design elements. By using these design elements, you can design your label for yourself and give personal touch to your business labels by designing it yourself according to your choice. Below mentioned are the design elements that would assist you in designing your labels. |

Adding Text: For adding text in your label, you require to click on the icon called Text 'T' from the left menu bar. A text box will immediately appear in the workspace, type your text in the Add text box and click enter. |
# Text Property Panel- When you select the Add Text design element, Text Property Panel will open in the extreme right hand side of the workspace. This Text Property Panel has various text properties: |

- Font: It gives you option to select the Font face from the available Font options.
- Size: It gives you option to select the Size of the font according to your wish.
- Color: It gives you option to choose Color of the text according to your choice.
- Style: It gives you option to choose Style of text (Bold, Italics or Underline) and alignment of the text (left, center and right).
- Transparency: It gives you choice to Add Transparency according to your choice.
- Rotate: It gives you option to Rotate text to any degree you want to.
- Lock text: It gives you option to lock the movement of the text and to unlock and move according to your choice.

Adding Image(s): You can add Image(s) of your choice to your label. Click on the icon named Image. After clicking Image a new window named Images will open. In this window you will find a few categories of images. Select the category of your choice. Each category has variety of images. Select the image you want and click OK. Your selected image will get displayed in the workspace. |
# Image Property Panel- When you select the Image design element, Image Property Panel will open in the extreme right hand side of the workspace. This Property Panel has various image properties: |

- Position: It gives you option to select the position of the image. You can select the position of the image by filling Left and Top options in numbers according to the required position of the image.
- Size: It gives you option to select the Size of the image according to your wish. You can specify the size of the image by filling Height and Width options in numbers according to the required size of the image.
- Transparency: It gives you choice to Add Transparency to the image according to your choice.
- Rotate: It gives you option to Rotate image to any degree you want to.
- Lock Object: It gives you option to lock the movement of the image and to unlock and move according to your choice.

Browse Image: You can browse image and add to your label. You are required to click on the icon for Browse Image from the left menu bar. A new window will open named Image Panel will open. In this window you find Browse Image option that will allow you to browse any image of your choice from your computer. Now if you want a part of the image then you can use option Crop, enable crop and crop the image from wherever you want and select OK and incase you don't want to crop the image then you can use image as it is and click OK. |
# Image Property Panel- When you have browsed and added the image, the Image Property Panel will again get activated (open) in the extreme right hand side of the workspace. This Property Panel has various image properties: |

- Position: this option will already have the position mentioned in numbers. You can change the position of the image by changing the numbers in Left and Top options according to the required position of the image or alternatively you can simply click your mouse on the object and from any corner you can drag in change the position according to your wish.
- Size: this option will also have the size mentioned in numbers. You can change the size of the image by changing the numbers in Height and Width options according to the required size of the image or alternatively you can simply click your mouse on the object and from any corner you can drag in change the size according to your wish.
- Transparency: It gives you choice to add transparency to the image according to your choice.
- Rotate: It gives you option to Rotate image to any degree you want to.
- Lock Object: It gives you option to lock the movement of the image and to unlock and move according to your choice.
- Edit Image: It gives you option to edit the image incase you want to edit or make changes to your selected image. This option takes you back to the image panel window. You can again browse and select the image of your choice.

Symbol (s): You can enhance your label's beauty by adding symbol(s). Click on the design element indicating symbols. After clicking symbols a new window named Symbols will open. This window lets you choose symbols of your choice. The left side has the names of categories of symbols and on the other side you can see a variety of symbols for each symbol category. You can select any symbol category and then any symbol for your label and click on option Insert symbol |
# Symbol Property Panel- When you select the symbol, Symbol Property Panel will open in the extreme right hand side of the workspace. This Property Panel has various symbol properties: |

- Position: this option will already have the position of the symbol mentioned in numbers. You can change the position of the symbol by changing the numbers in Left and Top options according to the required position of the symbol or alternatively you can simply click your mouse on the object and from any corner you can drag in change the position according to your wish.
- Size: this option will also have the size mentioned in numbers. You can change the size of the symbol by changing the numbers in Height and Width options according to the required size of the symbol or alternatively you can simply click your mouse on the object and from any corner you can drag in change the size according to your wish.
- Fill Color: it gives you an option to fill color to the symbol according to your choice.
- Transparency: It gives you choice to add transparency to the symbol according to your choice.
- Rotate: It gives you option to Rotate symbol to any degree you want to.
- Lock Object: It gives you option to lock the movement of the symbol and to unlock and move according to your choice.

Dynamic Shapes: You can add to the beauty of your label by adding dynamic shape(s) to it. Click on the design element indicating Dynamic Shapes. A new window named Dynamic shapes will open. This window lets you choose shape of your choice. The left side has a preview window that shows your selected shape on the other side you can see a drop down to select shape type where you can select the shape of your choice. Select shape has some the following details: |

- Line- The shape named line has many options to choose that let you use the line according to your size and color. After selecting line as shape type, fix the length of the line in numbers from the option called Line Length. Then you can choose whether you want doted line or not. If you want doted line, click on the option named Doted line. This option has two more options named Dot length (it gives you an option to choose the length of the dot by increasing the length of the dot the size of each dot will increase and vice versa) and Gap length (it gives you option to choose the length of gap in every dot). You can select the size of the strokes from option named Strokes the number of strokes will increase with the increase in number hence increasing the thickness of line and vice versa. You can select the color of line from option named Line color. After choosing the size and other options of line click OK to proceed further or click cancel to cancel the application.
- Arc- The shape named arc has a number of options to choose to make it according to your choice. You can change the radius of the arc from the two options called X Radius and Y Radius. You can select the angle of the arc to your required angle from the option named Arc Angle. You can increase the number of strokes by the option named Stroke. You can change the color of strokes according to your wishes from the option named Stroke color. The option named Fill type. Here you can choose any one from three options- none; it will disappear the color from arc leaving just the stroke color, solid; it will show the selected color of the arc, gradient; it will show colors in gradient type which further has two options linear and radial here you have option to choose two colors one for start color and one for end color that will appear in your selected gradient type. After choosing the arc options, click OK to proceed further or click cancel to cancel the application.
- Burst- The shape named Burst has a number of options to choose to make it according to your choice. You can increase or decrease the sides of burst by the option named Sides. You can increase or decrease the inner radius and outer radius of Burst by increasing or decreasing the options named Inner radius and Outer radius. You can increase the number of strokes by the option named Stroke and change the color of strokes according to your wish from the option named Stroke color. The option named Fill type lets you fill colors according to your wish. Here you can choose any one from three options- none; it will disappear the color from burst leaving just the stroke color, solid; it will show the selected color of the burst, gradient; it will show colors in gradient type which further has two options linear and radial here you have option to choose two colors one for start color and one for end color that will appear in your selected gradient type. After choosing the burst options, click OK to proceed further or click cancel to cancel the application.
- Gear- The shape named Gear has a number of options to choose to make it according to your choice. You can increase or decrease the sides of Gear by the option named Sides. You can increase or decrease the inner radius and outer radius of Gear by increasing or decreasing the options named Inner radius and Outer radius. You can increase or decrease the hole sides and hole radius by the option named Hole sides and Hole radius. You can increase the number of strokes by the option named Stroke and change the color of strokes according to your wish from the option named Stroke color. The option named Fill type lets you fill colors according to your wish. Here you can choose any one from three options- none; it will disappear the color from gear leaving just the stroke color, solid; it will show the selected color of the gear, gradient; it will show colors in gradient type which further has two options linear and radial here you have option to choose two colors one for start color and one for end color that will appear in your selected gradient type. After choosing the gear options, click OK to proceed further or click cancel to cancel the application.
- Oval- The shape named oval has a number of options to choose to make it according to your choice. You can change the radius of oval from the two options called X Radius and Y Radius. You can increase the number of strokes by the option named Stroke. You can change the color of strokes according to your wishes from the option named Stroke color. The option named Fill type. Here you can choose any one from three options- none; it will disappear the color from oval leaving just the stroke color, solid; it will show the selected color of the oval, gradient; it will show colors in gradient type which further has two options linear and radial here you have option to choose two colors one for start color and one for end color that will appear in your selected gradient type. After choosing the oval options, click OK to proceed further or click cancel to cancel the application.
- Polygon- The shape named Polygon has a number of options to choose to make it according to your choice. You can increase or decrease the sides of polygon by the option named Sides. You can increase or decrease the radius of polygon by increasing or decreasing the options named radius. You can select the angle of polygon to your required angle from the option named Angle. You can increase the number of strokes by the option named Stroke and change the color of strokes according to your wish from the option named Stroke color. The option named Fill type lets you fill colors according to your wish. Here you can choose any one from three options- none; it will disappear the color from polygon leaving just the stroke color, solid; it will show the selected color of the polygon, gradient; it will show colors in gradient type which further has two options linear and radial here you have option to choose two colors one for start color and one for end color that will appear in your selected gradient type. After choosing the gear options, click OK to proceed further or click cancel to cancel the application.
- Rectangle- The shape named Rectangle has a number of options to choose to make it according to your choice. You can change width and height of the rectangle by changing the numbers in Height and Width options according to the required size of the rectangle. You can increase or decrease the corner radius of rectangle by increasing or decreasing the options named Corner radius. You can increase the number of strokes by the option named Stroke and change the color of strokes according to your wish from the option named Stroke color. The option named Fill type lets you fill colors according to your wish. Here you can choose any one from three options- none; it will disappear the color from rectangle leaving just the stroke color, solid; it will show the selected color of the rectangle, gradient; it will show colors in gradient type which further has two options linear and radial here you have option to choose two colors one for start color and one for end color that will appear in your selected gradient type. After choosing the rectangle options, click OK to proceed further or click cancel to cancel the application.
- Star- The shape named Star has a number of options to choose to make it according to your choice. You can increase or decrease the sides of star by the option named Sides. You can increase or decrease the inner radius and outer radius of the star by increasing or decreasing the options named Inner radius and Outer radius. You can select the angle of the star to your required angle from the option named Angle. Increase the number of strokes by using the option named Stroke. Change the color of strokes according to your wish from the option named Stroke color. The option named Fill type lets you fill colors according to your wish. Here you can choose any one from three options- none; it will disappear the color from star leaving just the stroke color, solid; it will show the selected color of the star, gradient; it will show colors in gradient type which further has two options linear and radial here you have option to choose two colors one for start color and one for end color that will appear in your selected gradient type. After choosing the star options, click OK to proceed further or click cancel to cancel the application.
- Wedge- The shape named Wedge has a number of options to choose to make it according to your choice. You can choose the starting point of the angle of wedge with the option named Start angle. You can increase or decrease arc degree with the help of option named Arc. You can change the radius of wedge from the two options called X Radius and Y Radius. Increase the number of strokes by using the option named Stroke. Change the color of strokes according to your wish from the option named Stroke color. The option named Fill type lets you fill colors according to your wish. Here you can choose any one from three options- none; it will disappear the color from wedge leaving just the stroke color, solid; it will show the selected color of the wedge, gradient; it will show colors in gradient type which further has two options linear and radial here you have option to choose two colors one for start color and one for end color that will appear in your selected gradient type. After choosing the wedge options, click OK to proceed further or click cancel to cancel the application.

# Shape Properties Panel- When you select the any dynamic shapes, Properties Panel will open in the extreme right hand side of the workspace. The properties of the shape panel keep on changing with the selected shape. This Property Panel has various symbol properties: |

- Position: this option will already have the position of the shape mentioned in numbers. You can change the position of the shape by changing the numbers in Left and Top options according to the required position of the shape or alternatively you can simply click your mouse on the object and from any corner you can drag in change the position according to your wish.
- Size: this option will also have the size mentioned in numbers. You can change the size of the shape by changing the numbers in Height and Width options according to the required size of the shape or alternatively you can simply click your mouse on the object and from any corner you can drag in change the size according to your wish.
- Rotation: It gives you option to Rotate shape to any degree you want to.
- Transparency: It gives you choice to add transparency to the shape according to your choice.
- Border: It gives you an option to design the border of the shape according to you. Here you are provided with two options size and color you can increase or decrease the size of border and change its color according to your wish.
- Lock Object: It gives you option to lock the movement of the shape and to unlock and move according to your choice.
- Fill Color: it gives you an option to fill color to the shape according to your choice.
- Fill type: It gives you an option to fill colors according to your wish. Here you can choose any one from three options- none; it will disappear the color from shape leaving just the stroke color, solid; it will show the selected color of the shape, gradient; it will show colors in gradient type which further has two options linear and radial here you have option to choose two colors one for start color and one for end color that will appear in your selected gradient type.
- Edit shape: it gives you an option to go back to the shape window and edit or change the shape according to your wish.

Connect Database: You can connect with your database and use data from your computer. Click on the design element indicating Connect database. A new window named Import labels will open. In this window you find data source type: this option lets you use data source from any of these three types- Microsoft Excel (*.xls), CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv) or Text file (*.txt, *.*). After selecting the data source type you will find the option named file name it has browse option. You can browse and select the name of the file you want to connect with Label design Studio. You can select the type of delimiter you want to use; here the delimiter has the droplet of choices for you to choose for your labels. Now, there is an option named First row contains column names that lets you select where you want Label Design Studio to include the first row or not. Incase the first row contains column names and you do not want it to be included then select this option otherwise do not select and the label design studio will include the first row too. After selecting all the options click OK. Click reset if you want to reset or edit the options in Import labels to cancel click cancel. |

Disconnect database: this design element lets you disconnect the connected database connection. |

Data field: You can add more to the database with this option. Click on the design element indicating Data field. A new window named Data panel will open. In this window you find data field type: this option has two options Unique id or from database. You can work only in one type; on selecting one option other one gets deactivated. |

- In unique id you have an option named start from (select the number from which you want the numbering to start) unique id for each copy (select this option if you want to give a unique id to each copy).
- From data base this option would take the id from data base only. You can select your option from the box containing the options of your database.
- Data Field Prefix: you can select a prefix for your data. The selected prefix will get added in front of the option name.
- Data Field Suffix: you can select a suffix for your data. The selected suffix will get added in the end of the option name

After selecting all the options click OK. Click reset if you want to reset or edit the options in Import labels to cancel click cancel. |
Tools and other important operations |

Grid: The grid option lets you add grid lines if you enable it otherwise you will see the workspace as plain. |

Ruler: The ruler option shows the ruler on both the sides of the workspace. It helps you to place the object in the workspace according to your wish. |

Save: To save your label design, select the File >Save option in the Menu bar. A browse window will appear where you can select a folder and give a file name and save your designed label in Label design Studio in lbs format. Alternatively, you can save your label in the same format lbs using save available in the Tool bar. |

Print: To print your Label, click the Print icon in the toolbar. When you will click on Print icon a new window named Print Preview will open. This window has various options that are as follows: |

- Selected page size: You will find some page sizes mentioned in the droplet. You are required to select the size of the page that will be used in printer for printing your label. If you do not find your page size in the options then you can choose Custom Size and give the size of your page. Here, you are required to fill the width and height of the page in Inches. The width and height options are already filled in the available page size options.
- Print: it gives you option to choose in which side you want the print. It has three options front, back and crop marks. You are required to choose the option according to your choice.
- Margins: this option has further sub options Left (leaves margin space from left side), right (leaves margin space from right side), top (leaves margin space from top), bottom (leaves margin space from top), Padding (leaves margins space in between the two prints) and cell group (leaves margin gap in between cells) that you are required to choose according to your wish. The printer will be printing the label on the page leaving the margins of the fixed measurement in inches.
- Tile: this option is helpful when you need to print the labels in rows and columns with a particular number of copies. Tile has various sub options: Number of labels: you can enter the number of labels you require to get printed. This option works even if you do not enable the tile option all the rest sub options get activated only if you select the tile option. Rows: you can enter the number of rows you require to get published. If the number of rows is not visible on one sheet then the remaining rows will get printed in the next sheet. You need to place your label rows according to the page size. Incase you see that the last row of the sheet is half visible then decrease the number of rows. Column: you can enter the number of columns you require to get published. The number of columns to be printed depends upon the size of your paper. Incase you see that the last column of the sheet is half visible then decrease the number of columns. Start row: this option enables you to select the row number from where you want the print for example you want to print labels of or from the second row then you must enter number 2 here. Start column: this option enables you to select the column number from where you want the print for example you want to print labels of or from the second column then you must enter number 2 here.
- Database: this option is helpful to take print of labels from database (data already saved in computer). It has a few sub options that help you print your label as per your requirement. Database has various sub options: Record from and To: these options helps you in selecting the data to be printed from which particular number to which particular number (like from 1 to 20 ) for example you want to print data from 1 number to 20 number then add 1 in record from and enter 20 in To option. The data will get printed from 1 to 20 numbers. Copies of each record: this option lets you fill the number of printed copies required for each record.
- Raster or vector format: this option tells about the quality of printing that you will get. Print in raster format is a normal printing format. It is of fine quality but on zooming the picture may be seen in dots. Vector format is a highly fine quality printing usually used in images. This format does not support transparency effect.

After selecting all print options click Print, a print window will open. Here you need to select the printer, select the page range and fill the required number of copies then click Print to print otherwise click cancel. |

Publish: To publish your label, click the Publish in the Menu bar. When you will click publish, a new window named Publish labels will open. You need to publish your label in PDF file. Alternatively, you can publish your label by clicking File >Publish in the Menu bar> File option. The Publish labels window has the following mentioned options: |

- Selected page size: you will find some page sizes mentioned in the droplet. You are required to select the size of the page for publishing your label. If you do not find your page size in the options then you can choose Custom Size and give the size of your page. Here, you are required to fill the width and height of the page in Inches. The width and height options are already filled in the available page size options.
- Print: it gives you option to choose which side you want publish/print. It has three options front, back and crop marks. You are required to choose the option according to your choice.
- Margins: this option has further sub options Left (leaves margin space from left side), right (leaves margin space from right side), top (leaves margin space from top), bottom (leaves margin space from top), Padding (leaves margins space in between the two prints) and cell group (leaves margin gap in between cells) that you are required to choose according to your wish. The output will be published leaving the margins of the fixed measurement in inches.
- d) Tile: this option is helpful when you need to publish the labels in rows and columns with a particular number of copies. Tile has various sub options: Number of labels: you can enter the number of labels you require to get published. This option works even if you do not enable the tile option all the rest sub options get activated only if you select the tile option. Rows: you can enter the number of rows you require to get published. If the number of rows is not visible on one sheet then the remaining rows will get continued in the next sheet. You need to place your label rows according to the page size. Incase you see that the last row of the sheet is half visible then decrease the number of rows. Column: you can enter the number of columns you require to get published. The number of columns to be published depends upon the size of your paper. Incase you see that the last column of the sheet is half visible then decrease the number of columns. Start row: this option enables you to select the row number from where you want to publish for example you want to publish labels of or from the second row then you must enter number 2 here. Start column: this option enables you to select the column number from where you want to publish for example you want to publish labels of or from the second column then you must enter number 2 here.
- Database: this option is helpful to publish labels from database (data already saved in computer). It has a few sub options that help you publish your label as per your requirement. Database has various sub options: Record from and To: these options helps you in selecting the data to be published from which particular number to which particular number (like from 1 to 20 ) for example you want to publish data from 1 number to 20 number then add 1 in 'record from' and enter 20 in 'To' option. The data will get published from 1 to 20 numbers. Copies of each record: this option lets you fill the number of copies required for each record.
- Raster or vector format: this option tells about the publishing quality that you will get. Publish in raster format is a normal publishing format. It is of fine quality but on zooming the picture may be seen in dots. Vector format is a highly fine publishing quality usually used in images. This format does not support transparency effect.

Bring Forward/Backward: Label Design Studio offers tool to Bring Forward and send backward an object. For this select the object and click on the icon Bring Forward or Send Backward from Toolbar. |
